Since 2001 Francesca has specialized in land, new construction and home sales in both pre-developed and developed neighborhoods in southeastern North Carolina. Being a full-time broker during the real estate boom of 2005, the market crash of 2008 and the subsequent market recovery Francesca has gained the ability to successfully navigate buyers and sellers through many different types of market conditions for the best possible outcome for her clients.

Francesca brings her clients a rock solid work ethic, commitment to excellence and a strong desire to exceed her clients' expectations. Originally from Milan, Italy, Francesca has lived and traveled throughout the world and speaks several languages, including Italian and Spanish. She is at ease working with people of all backgrounds. Francesca, her husband Matt and two sons live in Southport, also known as the Happiest Seaside Town in America!

Francesca believes strongly in giving back to the community. She serves as Vice-President of a local non-profit animal welfare organization which provides shelter, veterinary care and adoption services for homeless animals and education on responsible pet ownership.
