Pete by far surpassed any expectations we had of selling and buying. Our Beach Condo was fabulously marketed and Pete’s guidance and support along the way was incredibly helpful. Pete consistently anticipated our needs and asked the important questions that helped us at a time when we were feeling rather overwhelmed. I have never had an Agent point out areas of concern or positive aspects of a home as well as Pete did. We always felt confident with every step knowing that all the details were considered. He was always available to us and his follow-up was something we could trust and count on.
