Throughout the entire process, Matt was dedicated and diligent. Even when we didn't initially agree on every decision, he listened intently, and we always worked things out together. The real test came when my wife and I moved out of the area before the house sold. I essentially dumped everything on Matt's lap, and he handled it flawlessly. He kept us constantly updated, and the house successfully closed just a month and a half after we left. Matt truly went above and beyond, even shipping us a large box of items the movers missed. If I had to do this all over again, I would choose Matt in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!"
