Growing up in Columbia, SC, Hap has spent majority of his life in the Southeast. After studying Language and International Trade at Clemson University. He spent several years abroad Dalian, China studying at the Dalian University of Technology. After returning to the states Hap worked in many fields from outside Sales to Customer Service and Management, before opening a Logistics company with his brother at the start of 2019. After growing the company in five locations with 120+ employees Hap moved to Oak Island, NC at the start of 2022 to begin his career in Real Estate.

Through unwavering patience, He has found his passion in guiding others through what can be an incredibly complicated (and at times incredibly stressful) process of finding their new home.
