Get to Know Me

Greetings from Brunswick County, where we boast the best sunrises and sunsets on the east coast! I'm Stephie, and originally from the historic Philadelphia area, I made the move down to Southport in 2016. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and has opened the door to overall love, positivity, and happiness. I can walk in my clients´ shoes as they make this area their new home. Since I love this part of the US, selling homes here come pretty naturally!

My journey into real estate began with a love for people and a passion for finding homes that resonant with them. Now, a lot of my business is based on referrals because my clients are happy with the work I’ve put my heart into. I'm grateful that they loved my services enough to share them with others. With a background in teaching Spanish, my linguistic skills have allowed me to connect even more deeply with clients. Also having an artistic background, my vision enables me to see the potential in every property. Helping people through the most exciting purchase of their lives is extremely fulfilling. In addition to residential real estate, I have experience in commercial land and am excited to pursue that further. Real estate is never boring!

Outside of the real estate world, I have a fairly successful side jewelry business and hobby. Crafting unique pieces and running a small business has taught me a lot of valuable skills. I’m glad too, that these skills have seamlessly transferred over to my real estate life. I love working with my hands and expressing my creativity. It is an outlet that keeps me grounded and happy!

Being fortunate enough to live near the ocean is a dream come true. Every time I show a beach home, I need to pinch myself. As I look at the ocean from a beautiful deck facing it, I am reminded of the beauty that surrounds me. I am deeply grateful to live here. Also, the kindness of the community here has only deepened my love for Southport and Oak Island. My family is complete with two goofy poodles, a rescue cat, and the newest addition, my baby girl Olivia. I can't wait to show her the ropes of real estate as well as introduce her to this beautiful community I am so fortunate to live in.

I enjoy building relationships with my clients and when they are happy, I am happy. Their happiness fuels my happiness. On my team, Hank always says the client is our beacon, and I always remember that in the forefront of my mind, serving their best interests above my own.
