What can I say "I'm a Numbers Dork"..... To relax some people love to read, surf, fish or exercise, Not me! I like to pull out the graph paper(old school, no technology needed) and crunch the numbers whether it be for our latest investment property, a client's budget as first time home buyers or the sale price my 11yr old son and his buddy should charge for the golf balls they found in the woods.
There is a running joke at my expense in our household anytime a decision needs to be made... They all roll their eyes and say "Let me guess, You have to run the Numbers". Funny but also very true.
The good news about my CONDITION is clients usually benefit especially when we find their Dream Home and they are able to move forward confidently because I bored them to death early on about the Numbers!!
I could go on but you get the picture plus I have a couple freshly sharpened Ticonderoga #2 pencils ready to go... These Numbers aren't going to Crunch themselves!!
