MOVING EMPATHY, ¨we get it!¨  

I have always considered myself a pretty empathetic person, but I am not sure I truly embraced that part of myself when selling homes until this past year.  My family and I relocated to a larger home to fit our growing needs.  I was on pins and needles during the negotiation process, dying for the seller to respond quickly.  My anxiety was not aided by the fact there were other offers.  When we finally heard the good news our offer was accepted, I then started worrying about the inspection.  Then collecting the monies and the lending process came into play. 

When the contractual part of the move was taken care of and we were able to finally start settling in, the actual moving part was also extremely stressful.  My husband and I have both full time jobs and a toddler.  We had to purge our home at the time and arrange movers and packing.   It was A LOT.

But at the end of the day, or rather, at the end of several months, we are so ecstatic about our new home for our growing family…..As they say in spanish, ¨Vale la pena¨(worth the pain!)

My little blog here may start to scare you about buying and selling, but that is not my intention.  My intention is to show you, that
